Chicago World's Fair

Available As:

Original/ SOLD/ 16x22 framed in a double matting in black and white by Steve Schaban at Fast Frame

12x18 limited edition reproductions/$40/limited to 200/ with black and white outline as shown in picture/ on cardstock

Completed in 2015 this piece is based off the 1933 Chicago World's Fair A Century of Progress' poster. The high-density original took around 60 hours to finish and is comprised of thousands of tiny pieces of cut paper as well as some splatters of spray paint for a finishing touch.

The reproductions are beautiful and while flat- really appear three dimensional and resemble the 1933 poster with the double black box around the image. Limited to 200, each print is signed and numbered.

Completed originals are scanned by Terry at Artist's Resource Group in NE Minneapolis, where his ever-improving technology has paved the way for textured reproductions. Currently EmLavArt's work is available as an original, flat canvas reproductions on gallery wrapped hand-cut bars, or limited-edition archival reproductions.
