16x20 Metal reproductions/$175/limited to 50/ ready to hang on non-glare white metal

View from the Isles

This original took well over 100 hours to compete and was partially made by cutting apart an Atheta catalog for the flowers and jungle images surrounding the edges. This piece reflects the Minneapolis Skyline as viewed from the Lake of the Isles. Non-motorized water sports are reflected in the lake, while the skyline includes the Target building, Foshay building and others with hidden images of MN found in the papers used.

Archival and metal reproductions look incredibly dimensional although they are flat. The texture and shadows from the original are reflected well and buyers have been very happy with their View from the Isles metal prints, archival prints and custom orders. Metal reproductions come with square wood stands on the back, making the metal print ready to hang and slightly dimensional off the wall.

Completed originals are scanned by Terry at Artist's Resource Group in NE Minneapolis, where his ever-improving technology has paved the way for textured reproductions. View from the Isles can be custom sized and ordered by emailing emlavart@gmail.com
